Pearl Home Care - Liverpool–Wollondilly was established by Vinny Patel, a Registered Nurse, and Rocky Patel, a lead engineer and St John Ambulance volunteer. Driven by their mission to deliver high-quality, compassionate home care to seniors in the local community, Vinny and Rocky have joined forces to leverage their healthcare expertise and lead a team with a genuine passion for helping others.
With over 25 dedicated support workers, Pearl Home Care Liverpool-Wollondilly provides personalised care to help clients stay independent at home. Most of our team hold Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, with many bringing over 15 years of aged and dementia care experience. We are committed to delivering safe, respectful, and person-centred care every day.

Vinny Patel
Vinny is a dedicated Registered Nurse with more than 8 years’ experience delivering compassionate, clientcentred care. She is committed to helping people remain independent and comfortable in their own homes for as long as possible. Vinny’s calm, empathetic nature and focus on holistic wellbeing have made her a trusted advocate for the clients and families she supports.
Rocky Patel
Rocky combines his background in engineering, leadership, and community service with his passion for improving lives through quality in-home care. He has a Cert III in Individual Support and leads the care team with a problem-solving, people-focused approach, always striving to enhance the well-being of seniors in the community.
