Established in 2019, Pearl Home Care – Sydney Outer West has grown into a trusted provider of in-home aged care services across the region. The team is proud to support a diverse community, including many from Iraq’s Assyrian and Arabic speaking backgrounds, delivering culturally respectful, personalised care that reflects the values of faith, family, and compassion.

Our highly trained caregivers and nurses work with clients to set goals, gain confidence, complete tasks more easily and enhance their social connections and wellbeing.

Our team is led by Sussan Yousif, Managing Director. Sussan began her career in aged care in 2016 and holds a Diploma in Aged Care Services. Drawing from both professional and personal experience, she leads the Sydney Outer West team with a strong focus on client-centred care, cultural understanding, and high service standards.

Prices valid from 1 November 2025

As your Approved Provider, we must provide you with at least one care management activity per month. These services include coordination of your services, resolving problems, and reviewing services. On a monthly basis, a 10% care management budget will be deducted from your budget for this purpose.

Registered Nurses provide a wide range of holistic care services in the community. Enrolled Nurses work with a RN, and can provide some clinical care, such as basic wound management. Everyday consumables are included in this price. Specialised nursing products will attract a cost per item. This will be discussed with you.

Other therapy services may be available on a Price on Application basis.

For short services, those of less than 15 mins or between 15 mins and half an hour, a short services levy of 50% will be added to the pro rata price.

For short services, of up to half an hour, a short services levy of 25% will be added to the pro rata price.

These are services that others provide, that you choose to use. Supports from these contractors are designed to support your broader needs. Our charges are required to ensure all contractors are appropriately trained and credentialled, and to process service claims.
