Working Toward Independence with Capacity Building Life Skills
Life skills are those skills we learn that enable us to complete daily tasks, as well as overcome any unforeseen challenges or obstacles. Our patient Support Workers provide the mentoring, motivation, and encouragement to assist you to reach your goals. Whether there is just one specific skill you wish to learn, or you require assistance more broadly to complete daily tasks, our team will work with you to develop a plan that addresses your needs and works towards your independence goals.
