Where Our Story Began
Pearl Home Care was founded by the Shehade family in 2019, drawing on more than 35 years’ experience in health, allied health and the disability and aged care sectors. Since its inception, Pearl Home Care has been committed to providing services representing respect, trust, affordability and flexibility to the Australian population. Pearl Home Care upholds the principles of equality and fairness, ensuring non-discrimination of age, gender, disability, ethnicity, religion or other protected characteristics.
By providing care and support that is centred around the unique needs, preferences and goals of each client. This involves engaging in open and honest communication, actively listening to clients, and involving clients in the decision-making process, fostering a collaborative approach with them and their families.
By demonstrating professionalism, and maintaining a high standard of competence, honesty and accountability in all interactions. This includes compliance with the applicable laws, regulations and standards that govern the way in which Pearl Home Care provides care and services.
