Home Care Funding
Home care funding provides financial support for individuals to receive in-home services, such as personal care, nursing, and domestic assistance. Government programs like Home Care Packages (HCP) and Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) help eligible individuals live independently at home.
Support at Home Program
If you already access the Home Care Packages (HCP) Program, you will move to Support at Home and keep the same level of funding to access services from the service list. You can be re-assessed to a higher classification level in the Support at Home program if your needs change.
