We are seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to assist clients in their homes and communities. The role involves supporting individuals with daily living tasks, personal care, meal preparation, transport to appointments or social activities, and promoting independence and wellbeing.
Knowledge / experience/ attributes:
The successful candidates should possess but not limited to the following:
Essential:
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
- Valid driver’s licence
- First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain
- A reliable car with comprehensive car insurance
- Smart Phone with internet access
- National Police Clearance
- Australian Citizenship / Permanent Residency
