The Pearl Home Care team recently gathered in beautiful Bali for the annual head office conference, bringing together franchisee owners and key leaders from across Australia. Representing Pearl Home Care Sunshine Coast, Alana (Operations Coordinator), Danica (Head of People and Culture), and franchisee owners Kerry and Tanya embarked on the journey—thankfully making it out just in time to avoid Cyclone Alfred!
The conference provided a fantastic opportunity to connect with fellow franchisee owners, exchange ideas, and explore new ways to enhance the quality of care we provide to our clients. It was both inspiring and insightful to learn from others and share our own experiences, reinforcing our commitment to continuous improvement.
One of the biggest highlights of the conference was the formation of the Franchisee Council, designed to advocate for positive changes across all Pearl Home Care branches. We are incredibly proud that Sunshine Coast was selected to be part of this council, with Kerry and Tanya stepping up as strong voices for franchisees across Australia. Their leadership and dedication will help shape the future of Pearl Home Care, ensuring that every branch has a say in the decisions that impact our teams, our clients, and the quality of care we deliver.
