Pearl Home Care - NSW Central Coast was founded with a deep commitment to providing compassionate, personalised, and reliable home care services to individuals across the Central Coast. Our service began in 2022, driven by a vision to help elderly individuals, in need of care to live with dignity and independence in the comfort of their own homes. Over the years, we have built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality care that meets the diverse needs of our community.

Recognising that the Central Coast is a rich, vibrant community with people from many different cultural and linguistic backgrounds, our team is trained to understand and respect the unique needs of our clients, ensuring that we provide tailored care that reflects their cultural preferences and traditions. We are proud to offer specialised services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, with a focus on cultural sensitivity and working with local elders to support our clients’ unique health and wellbeing needs.

Ashika is a Registered Nurse and has worked in the healthcare sector for more than 10 years, starting her career as a Community Carer. She has first-hand knowledge and experience working with the elderly in their own homes and in various Community and Aged Care Facilities, which has enabled her to work with a diverse range of clients and create wonderful memories and connections.

As your Approved Provider, we must provide you with at least one care management activity per month. These services include coordination of your services, resolving problems, and reviewing services. On a monthly basis, a 10% care management budget will be deducted from your budget for this purpose.

Registered Nurses provide a wide range of holistic care services in the community. Enrolled Nurses work with a RN, and can provide some clinical care, such as basic wound management. Everyday consumables are included in this price. Specialised nursing products will attract a cost per item. This will be discussed with you.

Per session pricing is based on a 30 minute service. Longer or other therapy services may be available on a Price on Application basis. For pricing for services outside of the hours listed, please contact your local Pearl Home Care team.

From time to time we may agree a different Price to our published Prices after consulting with you. If we need to charge you a higher amount to the published Price for a particular Service, for example if you have a particular request or need, we will discuss and agree the relevant Price with you.

These are services that others provide, that you choose to use. Supports from these contractors are designed to support your broader needs. Our charges are required to ensure all contractors are appropriately trained and credentialled, and to process service claims.
