As your Approved Provider, we must provide you with at least one care management activity per month. These services include coordination of your services, resolving problems, and reviewing services. On a monthly basis, a 10% care management budget will be deducted from your budget for this purpose.

Registered Nurses provide a wide range of holistic care services in the community. Enrolled Nurses work with a RN, and can provide some clinical care, such as basic wound management. Everyday consumables are included in this price. Specialised nursing products will attract a cost per item. This will be discussed with you.

Other therapy services may be available on a Price on Application basis.

These are services that others provide, that you choose to use. Supports from these contractors are designed to support your broader needs. Our charges are required to ensure all contractors are appropriately trained and credentialed, and to process service claims.
