Pearl Home Care - Geelong & Bellarine Peninsula has been proudly supporting local seniors since March 2022, providing high-quality, in-home aged care with compassion and professionalism. As a locally owned and operated service, we understand the values, culture, and unique needs of families across Geelong and the Bellarine Peninsula.

Our mission is to help older Australians continue living independently in their own homes safely, comfortably, and with dignity. We support clients with both long-term and short-term care needs, offering reliable assistance through Home Care Packages or private arrangements always with transparency, flexibility, and empathy.

With the support of the national Pearl Home Care network, our services are locally managed, allowing us to deliver personalised care that suits the needs and values of the local community.

Anusha brings 15+ years’ of hands-on clinical experience, deep compassion, and a strong commitment to person-centred care. As a qualified Registered Nurse, Anusha leads the clinical and care delivery side of the business, overseeing staff training, client health plans, and nursing standards. Her role is essential in ensuring that each client not only receives the right level of care, but also feels respected, supported, and understood.

As your Approved Provider, we must provide you with at least one care management activity per month. These services include coordination of your services, resolving problems, and reviewing services. On a monthly basis, a 10% care management budget will be deducted from your budget for this purpose.

Registered Nurses provide a wide range of holistic care services in the community. Enrolled Nurses work with a RN, and can provide some clinical care, such as basic wound management. Everyday consumables are included in this price. Specialised nursing products will attract a cost per item. This will be discussed with you.

Other therapy services may be available on a Price on Application basis and will be charged at Cost plus 15% (admin and compliance charge).

Short services (e.g. 1 hour or less of Personal Care) will be charged at $165 per hour. Pricing for services 15km outside the town centre may be available on a Price on Application basis.

These are services that others provide, that you choose to use. Supports from these contractors are designed to support your broader needs. Our charges are required to ensure all contractors are appropriately trained and credentialled, and to process service claims.
