Meet The Team
Pearl Home Care - Gladstone was established in December 2022 by Allan and Sarah Marold. Operating across Agnes Waters, Biloela, Gladstone, and Rockhampton, our multicultural and multilingual team includes 23 staff, including registered nurses, care workers and coordinators. We are passionate about providing our consumers with a professional, compassionate service based on respect, integrity and honesty.
We are proud supporters of our community, including the provision of sponsorships and donations to local sporting clubs and events such as the Calliope Football Club, local primary schools and Senior’s Expos held around the Central Queensland region. We endeavour to educate our clients on the My Aged Care system, services available and diverse avenues for assistance.

Sarah Marold
Sarah is a long-term Gladstone local with over ten years of experience in community aged care. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) along with multiple certifications in aged care and health services support. Sarah brings together strong leadership and management skills with a genuine passion for providing compassionate, professional care to clients across the Central Queensland region.
