At Pearl Home Care – Greater Parramatta, the strength of our service lies in the passion and professionalism of our team of 50+ highly trained staff, who are committed to delivering personalised, high-quality care in the comfort of your home. Our supports are safe, respectful & person-centred. We work collaboratively with each client & their family to ensure that care plans are not only clinically appropriate but also aligned with personal goals, cultural preferences, & daily routines.

Our team is made up of individuals who not only bring clinical expertise, but also a deep understanding of the emotional and social needs of older Australians. Most of our frontline support workers hold Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and practical skills to meet a wide range of care needs, from personal care to complex support requirements, including dementia care and disability
support.

Care Coordinator

Vishal holds an MBA in Finance from Macquarie Graduate School of Management and a Master’s in Computing & IT from UNSW. With strong business acumen and leadership skills, he works closely with clients and families to develop tailored care plans that best support recipients and their wider networks.

Care Manager

Palak is a Registered Nurse and Clinical Facilitator with more than nine years experience in the care sector. As Care Manager at Pearl Home Care – Greater Parramatta, she is dedicated to making a positive impact on clients and the community.

As your Approved Provider, we must provide you with at least one care management activity per month. These services include coordination of your services, resolving problems, and reviewing services. On a monthly basis, a 10% care management budget will be deducted from your budget for this purpose.

Registered Nurses provide a wide range of holistic care services in the community. Enrolled Nurses work with a RN, and can provide some clinical care, such as basic wound management. Everyday consumables are included in this price. Specialised nursing products will attract a cost per item. This will be discussed with you.

Other therapy services may be available on a Price on Application basis. For short services, those of less than 30 mins or between 15 mins and half an hour, a short services fee of $175 will be charged.

These are services that others provide, that you choose to use. Supports from these contractors are designed to support your broader needs. Our charges are required to ensure all contractors are appropriately trained and credentialled, and to process service claims.
