Lawrence has more than 20 years’ experience in management roles in services industries and has dedicated the past 6 years to established Pearl Home Care – Melbourne East. Lawrence has been responsible for training thousands of domestic and international students, including in the areas of individual support, ageing support, allied health, disability support and the mental health sector.
