Pearl Home Care - Newcastle and Hunter is jointly owned and operated partnership by four Registered Nurses, Therese and Saj Kuriakose, and Sani and Faizal Ismail. Our services are tailored to meet the needs of our clients and their families so they may live fulfilling and happy lives in the comfort of their own homes. Our philosophy is to provide world-class senior care at home, so that elderly Australians can age with independence, dignity, and ease. Our packages are simple, flexible, and affordable. We care about our clients and we ensure their money is spent on the services they need.
Team Members
Faizal Ismail
Faizal brings extensive experience in emergency, critical care, acute medical, palliative care, oncology and community nursing. He also has valuable experience in healthcare leadership and management roles, culminating in the ability to oversee delivery of high quality client-centred care.
Saj Kuriakose
Saj brings extensive experience in acute care and leadership roles. As a qualified Diabetes Educator, he provides expert support while advocating for client safety and delivering personalised, high-quality care. He holds a Master of Nursing from Flinders University.
Sani Abdulsalam
Sani brings expertise in critical care, medical, and cardiology nursing. She combines strong clinical and leadership skills from her role as a Clinical Nurse Educator to provide supportive, patient-focused care.
Therese Kuriakose
Therese brings extensive experience in acute medical, cardiac, and palliative care. Friendly and approachable, she is dedicated to ensuring clients and families feel safe, comfortable, and well supported.
