Pearl Home Care - Sunshine Coast was established in May 2021 by Kerry  Zaninetti and Tanya Fisher Frustrated by the increasing corporatisation of aged care, they were driven to create a small, independent service centred on personalised, high-quality care that upholds the dignity, independence, and individual needs of every client. Their vision was to create a more compassionate and responsive approach to home care — one where every client is treated as an individual, not a number, and where genuine relationships, flexibility, and exceptional support are at the heart of everything they do.

Tanya and Kerry
 - Owners

Kerry brings extensive experience in managing allied health teams within the aged care sector, along with expertise in hospital transitional care, Commonwealth Carer Respite, and community case management, with a strong focus on delivering personalised support that promotes independence, wellbeing, and quality of life for older Australians.

Tanya brings extensive experience in aged care administration and project management, complemented by her service with the Queensland Police Service, providing a strong foundation in leadership, organisation, and client-focused care delivery

Prices valid from 1 November 2025

As your Approved Provider, we must provide you with at least one care management activity per month. These services include coordination of your services, resolving problems, and reviewing services. On a monthly basis, a 10% care management budget will be deducted from your budget for this purpose.

Registered Nurses provide a wide range of holistic care services in the community. Enrolled Nurses work with a RN, and can provide some clinical care, such as basic wound management. Everyday consumables are included in this price. Specialised nursing products will attract a cost per item. This will be discussed with you.

Other therapy services may be available on a Price on Application basis.

These are services that others provide, that you choose to use. Supports from these contractors are designed to support your broader needs. Our charges are required to ensure all contractors are appropriately trained and credentialled, and to process service claims.
